Michael has been in public practice for over 20 years including operating his own firm for 10 years. Michael’s dedication to his clients is only rivaled by his commitment to his family which includes four children.He prides himself on understanding and conveying the complexities of income tax compliance to his clients. Michael is a legacy Certified Management Accountant (CMA) which provided him with additional competencies in the area of strategic management accounting and leadership. His experience includes personal and corporate tax planning, estate and trust planning, corporate reorganizations, structuring and success planning, and financial reporting.

Ken is passionate about his clients, their financial success and has worked tirelessly to ensure they all receive practical, thoughtful and meaningful guidance they can trust. He has over 17 years of experience in providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to numerous privately held businesses, family-owned businesses, individuals, estates and trusts. Ken has extensive knowledge and experience in ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises) and has completed the CICA In-depth tax course. Having these technical skills, Ken has also been involved in numerous complex matters such as transfer pricing, due diligence, financial projections, and corporate reorganizations.
